Kirsten M. Green

Kirsten M. Green

Fort Worth, Texas
Kirsten received her bachelor's degree in Biology from Baylor University in 2012 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2015. Before working in real estate law, Kirsten was a mediator in the state of Oklahoma and handled small claims and divorces. Through her practice as a mediator, Kirsten found value in helping her clients communicate with opposing parties, and ultimately in finding resolutions outside of a courtroom. Her desire to maintain positive communication with opposing counsel and parties alike brings new energy to the firm and projects the values of the attorneys she works with.

At McAlister & Garcia, our attorneys aren't trying to create temporary solutions to ongoing problems. Our goal is to provide a foundation for future communication and ultimately, the ability for opposing parties to work together to find a solution that works for everyone. Kirsten exemplifies those goals while acting as a zealous advocate for her client's interests.
